In 2000-2002, Martin headed Advent International private equity fund in Poland. Earlier, between 1997-2000 he was the head of the Warsaw branch of the American consulting firm, Communications Equity Associates, and previously he had worked for several years in the leading private equity firms in Poland: Enterprise Investors and Innova Capital. In Capital One Advisers he is responsible for the execution of equity transactions and advisory projects, particularly in the areas of international mergers and acquisitions, public and non-public offerings, business valuations and strategic consulting. He has managed projects for leading companies i.a. in the following sectors: IT and Telecommunications, Internet marketing, manufacturing, retail & e-commerce.

Co-founder and Vice President of Capital One Advisers. She graduated from the Warsaw University with a specialization in foreign direct investment (FDI). In 2001-2002 she was Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Calyon Bank Poland SA, where she led the investment banking team and provided equity transaction services for foreign and Polish clients. Previously, she worked in the EVIP Consulting Group, where for several years she managed large privatization and consulting projects i.a. in steel processing, chemical, automotive sectors. In Capital One Advisers she supervises mergers and acquisitions transactions and public and private offerings. Anna has conducted equity transactions for major clients in sectors such as: Construction materials, real estate development, telecommunications and IT, food, FMCG.
Expert in mergers and acquisitions as well as investments. Gregor Piechowiak studied in Würzburg and Jena, where he graduated from the courses in Finance and Controlling. Over the time of his professional work, he has participated in numerous international projects as well as training programs in the USA. At JP Weber Gregor leads the M&A team, which provides comprehensive services in relation to cross-border and national M&A transactions, LBO and MBO. He provided advisory services for leading Polish and international production companies hailing from the energy and metal sectors. He cooperates with international strategic and financial investors. Besides strictly transactional advisory, he has participated in many projects involving, among others - optimization of enterprise structures and processes. In the years 2006 – 2012 Gregor managed on the Polish market the leading European advisory firm BrainNet Management Consultants, providing specialized advisory services in terms of optimization and procurement.
One of the founders of JP Weber. Graduate of International Management at the German Friedrich Schiller University. Jędrzej Piechowiak began his career in one of the Big Four advisory companies in Germany before starting to advise international companies in Poland. At JP Weber he manages Direct Investment and Real Estate projects as well as strategic cross-border M&A´s connected to Poland. Key areas of his activity are strategic advisory, Equity- and Mezzanine Financing, a holistic investment planning and project financing. On behalf of strategic investors he often leads projects as Interim Manager and represents owners also after closing of transactions or investments. At JP Weber, he is also leader of the French Desk team and the person behind many projects for German and Korean investors. Author of many publications on strategic aspects of investment planning in Poland and a lecturer at many conferences.

Founder of SAFE AG - a pan-European Alliance, which he founded already in 1997 to serve pan-European Customers. He was responsible for Sales and Marketing in Kistenpfennig AG, while Kistenpfennig AG went from around 35 to 420 people. Integration of new companies into the organisation and change management processes was the standard work in this time. In the last two years he integrated successful the biggest takeover of the company history. The polish distributor and manufacturer of PPE products, with 150 employees and 6 locations. Today he is Co-Chairman of SAFE AG and responsible for the integration of ROBOD SA and Kistenpfennig SRL Romania into IPH SAS. Next to it he founded the Kistenpfennig charity foundation.

Graduated from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in Nuclear Engineering, Giuseppe Sangiovanni holds also a Master in Industrial Economics from Dauphine University (Paris, France) with a focus on competitive energy markets and CO2 issues. He started his career working at the OECD in the energy sector, initially inside the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) and then at the International Energy Agency (IEA) where he dealt respectively with nuclear, fossil, renewable energy and the electricity supply industry. He moved then to the financial services industry where he led different activities oriented to energy and renewables: financial analysis and equity research in stock markets (Bryan Garnier & Co Investment Bank), project finance up to 100 million euros of project value in the wind and solar sectors (win:pro energy group in Germany) and the advisory activities in M&A boutiques. Within the M&A business, he realized deals encompassing the spin-off and sales of companies the re-financing of debt, fund raising and missions of strategy consulting. Giuseppe travelled all over the world in the framework of his professional activities and he is fluent in 5 languages: Italian, French, English, Spanish and German.
Moritz Herfert has lived and worked in Poland since 1996 and looks back on 20 years of experience in executive search. He recruits top executives and upper management candidates for his clients, primarily international corporations and SME’s expanding in Central and Eastern Europe. He has recruited numerous C-level managers for Polish companies that have been taken over by an international investor. He joined DEININGER CONSULTING as Managing Director in 2013. He is at home in both Germany and Poland. Paul is the founder of Bluebox. He is a chartered accountant with a wealth of experience in both selling private companies and preparing them for sale. He has sold over 50 private businesses for values ranging between £2m and £200m across a range of sectors including a number of well-respected UK businesses such as Models Own, Gü, Princess Yachts, Mappin & Webb, Smythson, Watches of Switzerland and Vapestick. Paul originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he specialised in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and private company valuations. In 1998 he moved into private equity with an award winning London-based team before joining a corporate finance boutique in London where he was promoted, over a 13 year period, to become one of the Senior Partners. In 2012, James Caan, backed Paul to start Bluebox, having experienced first hand the value that he helped create for two of his own private disposals.

He has initiated several hundred capital market financings for corporate global players, states and supranational institutions. His experience covers a broad range of financings, including structured products and acquisition financings. He has a sound experience in client coverage, strategic advisory and deal structuring. Since 8 years he provides advise in M&A transactions and he executed buy-side and sell-side transactions in sectors like automotive supply, machine building, industrial services, renewable energies. Cross border activities are a very important part of his business.
Jacques is the founder of Aeternus BV, and one of the firm’s partners. Before Aeternus was set up at the end of 2005, Jacques held several management positions in the banking sector and was employed as the CFO of a leading manufacturing company in the metalworking industry. He studied Economics at the University of Tilburg, and was conferred the title of Registered Valuator in 2003. A Registered Valuator is a financial specialist with a thorough knowledge of and expertise in the field of business valuation. Jacques is also associated with the TIASNimbas business school, as a mentor. He advises and mentors future Registered Valuators in writing the final valuation report (thesis) that concludes their Master’s degree programme in business valuation.

Parizotto has been performing corporate finance advisory (M&A, capital markets structured finance) for large and middle-size corporations in Latin America. He is responsible for senior client relationship with major clients, leading the M&A practice (more than 35 employees, 3 offices). He has participated in over 30 deals closed in sectors such as TMT, consumer goods, health care, infrastructure and food. Parizotto previously worked in Business Consulting at Accenture, at Investment Bank BBA Creditanstalt and in Manufacturing at Procter & Gamble. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. He has a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Unicamp and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
